The Parcel

 

 

     This 24+ acre tract is approximately half forested and half pasture.  Tract Kubler Subdivision, Lot 1, is fenced entirely and presently consists of three homes, two garages, and one large steel storage shed/shop. 

                       

 

     The parcel is situated .8 miles south of Custer City, on U.S. Highway 385.  Custer is the county seat and is located thirty miles from Hot Springs on the south and 43 miles from Rapid City on the north.  Newcastle, Wyoming is 37 miles to the west. 

 

   

 

     The area is bound by the wonderful and well managed 73,000 acre Custer State Park on the east, and 15 miles south of Custer, Wind Cave National Park with roaming bison and other wildlife.  Custer is also the seat of the Supervisor of the Black Hills National Forest.  The property is situated approximately 20 minutes south of Mount Rushmore and 10 minutes south of Crazy Horse.
