Tract Kubler,
To the south, separated by a yard and
garden, is a second house with 617 ft2 of living space. This log-sided home consists of two bedrooms,
a bathroom, living room, eat-in kitchen, and entryway and laundry room. Detached, but adjacent to this home is a
single car garage of 180 ft2.
To west-southwest, linked by an extension of the main home driveway, is
a guesthouse with 492 ft2 .
This third house consists of one bedroom, one bath, an office, a living
room, and an eat-in kitchen.
A large (2,400 ft2) steel, pole building dominates the center
of the property between the guesthouse and the rock outcropping to the
north. It has been used for extensive storage
as well as a fully equipped shop. It is
also suitable as a barn.
There are two wells, each 150’ deep, as
well as a frost-free hydrant on the property.
Additionally, the pasture area has a very large dugout/stock pond approximately
75 yards from the main log home.
All houses are heated by electric
baseboard and/or high-mounted radiant units.
The main log home and the guesthouse are also heated by woodstoves. And each of the houses has its own septic
tank (all pumped out in 2006).
