At Black Hills Meadow we want to make sure your special day is truly custom to you. We will provide you with full access to our venue.
Our BH Event Center can serve as your dinner and dancing area and you will have your choice of ceremony sites.
In addition to these packages, we can create options based on your wants and needs.
All of our Packages include -
-Use of outdoor pavilion and indoor area -Outdoor ceremony site(s)
-Tables, Chairs and Linens -Any available decorations
-Bridal Dressing Suite and Grooms Quarters -Large outdoor area for games and fun!
-Photo Booth -Ample Parking
-Bar Cooler/Refrigerator/Microwave/Coffee Pot -Firepit (Propane or Wood) - Based on Manager Discretion
Package 1 - $2400 - 16 Hour Rental
(8am- Midnight - one day rental only - only available Mon - Thurs)
Cleaning Fee will be added - $150.00
Package 2 - $3600 - 24 Hour Rental
(Example - 10am Saturday - 10am Sunday)
Cleaning Fee will be added - $150.00
Package 3 - $4800 - 48 Hour Rental
(Noon Friday - Noon Sunday)

Note - All events booked at our venue will need to carry Event Liability Insurance with
Black Hills Meadow listed as the additional insured. Please ask for details.
25% Deposit due at signing ($250 non-refundable date hold fee will be included)
Our venue is a blank canvas for you to paint the wedding of your dreams. In addition to the above standard offerings, we can customize our packages to fit your budget and goals.
